Return and Refund Policy

At ATTIRE MONK, each of our products is custom-made just for you, which is why we do not offer exchanges. However, we understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you receive an item that is damaged, we offer a return and refund option to make things right.

Return & Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us of any damages within 3 days of receiving your item.
  • To expedite and ease the return process, we highly recommend recording a video while unboxing the delivery. This will help verify the condition of the product and speed up the refund process.

How to Request a Return
If you believe your item qualifies for a return and refund due to damage, please contact us at attiremonkclothing@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and supporting documentation (such as photos or videos) of the damage.

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send the item back. 

We will initiate refund of your amount as soon as we verify the alleged damage as also the condition of the returned item(s). Refund of the amount after initiation may take up to 15 business days. 

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue swiftly.

Exceptions
As every product is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for any reason other than damages or defects. Items on sale or gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period where you may cancel or return your order. As stated above, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and you must provide proof of purchase.
